1. Does it come ready to hang?

Yes. The clock comes with a wall mount included.

2. Is the artwork exactly the same as shown in the photos?

The design and artwork remain the same, but each clock is hand-painted on wood. Small differences in brushwork, color and natural wood grain are therefore normal and make every piece slightly unique.
