WHERE IS MY ORDER AND HOW CAN I TRACK IT?
Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send the tracking details to your registered email or phone number. You can use the tracking link to follow your shipment until delivery. If you need help, contact us with your order number and we’ll assist you.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT POLICY?
If your order arrives damaged or has an eligible product issue, please contact us with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Most ready-to-ship orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location and courier network. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its progress.

CAN I REQUEST CUSTOM GIFT PACKAGING?
Yes. Custom packaging and personalization can be discussed for eligible corporate and bulk gifting orders. Depending on the quantity and requirement, options may include customized packaging, branding elements and personalized gifting details. Contact us with your requirements and we’ll confirm what can be accommodated.
