At Paper Pencil, every piece is handcrafted with care and inspected before dispatch. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we maintain a mindful and quality-focused return policy.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help.


• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos and your order number
• Our team will review and arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution

Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible.

Returns

As our products are handcrafted in small batches, we currently accept returns only in cases of:

• Manufacturing defects
• Damage during transit

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Minor variations in color, grain, or texture (these are natural in handmade products)
• Incorrect orders placed by the customer
