Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days across India. Express delivery (2–3 days) is available at checkout for an additional ₹149.

Personalised orders take 2–3 extra days as each piece is hand-painted to your specifications before dispatch.

Yes !! free standard shipping on all orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 carry a flat ₹99 shipping fee.

We deliver pan India to all serviceable pin codes. At checkout, enter your pin code to confirm delivery availability.

International shipping is available to select countries. Write to us at sauvik@paperpencilstudio.com for international orders.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order from the Track Order page on our website.

Yes, COD is available on eligible orders. A one-time OTP verification is required at the time of delivery. Please note that personalised orders are prepaid only and do not qualify for COD.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. UPI and wallet refunds are typically faster.

Yes, exchanges are welcome within the 15-day window subject to stock availability. Write to us with your order number and the item you'd like instead.

Product & Craft

Yes — every single piece. No machines. No stencils. No mass production. Each item is crafted by hand by a skilled artisan we know personally. Small variations between pieces are not flaws — they are the proof that it was made by a human being.

Because it was made by hand. Every piece is unique — slight variations in colour, brushstroke, or pattern are natural and intentional. This is what makes each piece one of a kind. We photograph real products in natural light, so what you see is representative but never identical.

Care instructions vary by material — detailed care guidance is included with every order. General rules: wipe with a dry cloth, keep away from direct water and sunlight, and handle with the care that art deserves.

We work with a small, carefully chosen group of artisan families across West Bengal, Bihar, Maharashtra, and Odisha — each practising a different traditional art form. You can meet them on our Meet Our Artisans page.

Personalisation & Gifting

Most products in our Gifting Collection can be personalised with a name, date, or short message. The product page will show a personalisation field where available.

Your personalisation is hand-painted or hand-inscribed by our artisan not printed or stamped. This takes additional time (2–3 extra days) but ensures the personalisation feels as handmade as the product itself.

Yes — premium gift wrapping is available at checkout for ₹99. This includes handmade paper wrapping, a satin ribbon, and a personalised gift tag with your message.

All orders (even without the gift wrap add-on) are packed carefully in a Paper Pencil branded box with a handwritten care card.

Absolutely. Simply enter the recipient's address as the shipping address at checkout. You can also add a gift message in the order notes — we will include it on the gift tag and ensure no invoice is visible inside the package.

Bulk & Corporate Orders

Our minimum order quantity for bulk and corporate gifting is 10 pieces. There is no upper limit.

Yes — we offer logo stamping, embossing, and screen printing on products and custom branded packaging. Share your brief with us at sauvik@paperpencilstudio.com and we'll send you a custom proposal within 24 hours.

Standard bulk orders: 7–10 business days. Orders requiring custom personalisation or branding: 10–14 business days. We recommend reaching out at least 3 weeks before your gifting deadline for festival seasons.

Yes — sample orders are available for bulk clients. The sample cost is adjustable against your final bulk order value. Write to us to arrange this.

Payments & Pricing

We accept all major payment methods: UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, EMI, Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay), and Cash on Delivery on eligible orders. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

Yes. All transactions are processed through Razorpay's SSL-secured payment gateway. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers at any point.

Yes — GST invoices are available on request for corporate and bulk orders. Write to us with your GSTIN after placing your order and we'll issue the invoice within 24 hours.
